Dark Creative Piece Of Writing (Words of the DP)

 Hey Guys! Today for writing we had to write a short descriptive story of us skydiving. We weren't allowed to use the words ''Skydive'' And ''Skydiving''

 Here's my work! I do hope you like it. :)

I waited anxiously to jump down. I looked out of the window and saw that the ground was tiny! a sensation of butterflies filled my stomach. It felt like they were having a disco in there! 

The pilot signaled that it was okay to jump down. The door opens slowly  and I grab the edge of a seat and hold on for dear life. ''Anytime now..'' The pilot yells from the cockpit. I look down. My legs feel like spaghetti and my whole body is shaking. I took a running leap and jumped out of the plane. I started to scream! I tried to take out my dismantled parachute but it didn't work.. I knew that this was the end. I saluted as I waited for my doom.

How to write a letter!

This is just a little explaining on how to write a letter properly.I was assigned this for reading.

Dear KORE,

 I really enjoyed sailing. 

All the instructors taught me many valuable things that I can use in life. 

For example: By fighting your fears, you can accomplish many  things and make yourself proud.

At first I was really scared. and I thought that I couldn’t sail. I thought that the water was too cold.. That I may fall into the water.. That I wouldn’t succeed. 

But all the instructors made me feel safe. And eventually I overcame my fear and got into the water. I accomplished my goal. And I sailed! I was very proud of myself. 

Thank you for teaching me, and all of the Belfast senior syndicate how to sail.

The Wayfinder Small Paragraph Writing

 This term for writing we have been working on a story called the Wayfinder! We were all assigned to write a paragraph (Or two) About how we would feel on the boat. So, here's my piece of writing!

I tasted the salt water that splashed into my mouth. the air was cold, and the waves were getting bigger every minute. The sky was a dark gloomy color. I looked around the boat, and and thought about the people that we lost along our journey. They starved to death. I shook with fear, thinking what could happen to me. I thought about a big, delicious, appetizing coconut, and my stomach started to sound like a train speeding down the track. My head started to spin, and I had a feeling that I was going to gag. Some people were sitting dead with emotion, and I wondered as I looked at the Wayfinder. ''When will we arrive..?'' Many people were dropping dead like flies, and It was hard to watch. You could hear crying children that needed food, and entertainment. I tried not to think about food..I hugged my legs and buried my head in my knees. I felt like my soul was slowly fading away...

The Wayfinder

 Hello Humans! :D
So, At writing we are working on a story called ''The Wayfinder".

The story is about a tribe finding a new land to live on, because their island was getting too small.

The main character in the story is ''Manu'' He is the Wayfinders little brother. When a storm accrued, Manu's brother was hit in the head with a loose paddle, and the Wayfinder died. That meant, Manu was the new wayfinder. He knew how to Wayfind, because his brother showed  him how. Manu was scared, because he was responsible for a lot of lives, but then he found courage, and found a new land.

We had to swap our books with a friend, and they drew Manu they way you described him. 

This is my friends drawing here:  (By the way, those are not antennas,They're eyebrows. 

So, I described Manu.

He is:

-15 Years old

- He has big blue eyes

-skinny

 -short

 -short brown hair

 -kind

 -feeling scared

 -full of fear

 -dark skin

 -and he has a faded scar.
